The requirements:
- A genuine love of customer service and full of passion
- Flexible working hours (Evening & weekend)
- Excellent communication skills, Mandarin/ Cantonese speaking is a plus
- Ability to work individually or perform as part of the team
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast pace environment
- Experience of working within a Food and Beverage environment preferable
- Eligible to work in the UK
The Scope of daily works:
- Customer service and taking customer orders
- Prepare the ingredients for making bubble teas
- Dispatch of orders to customers and Deliveroo riders
- Package order clean and professionally with care
- Follow the health and safety procedures and carry out the cleaning duties
- Opening and closing the store
