We are looking for people who take pride in their role and understand the importance of being the face of the business at the front of house.
Mixing beverages using an extensive range of ingredients including liquor, bitters, soda, water, sugar, and fruits.
Taking beverage orders from guests.
Providing a positive & friendly service to guests.
Cleaning the bar to ensure a sanitary environment.
Applicants should:
- Have previous cocktail making experience 1 year +
- Be well presented and well mannered
- Have a warm personality and good communication skills
- Has a passion for food and drink as well as customer service
- Be able to think on their feet and able to improvise & adapt where necessary
- Work well within a team and be prepared for a fast-paced environment
