Applicants should:
- Have previous waiting/serving/hospitality experience 1 year +
- Be well presented and well mannered
- Have a warm personality and good communication skills
- Has a passion for food and drink as well as customer service
- Be able to think on their feet and able to improvise & adapt where necessary
- Work well within a team and be prepared for a fast paced environment
