MAP Group (UK) is currently seeking Experienced Fibre Splicers to work Nationally with a minimum of 2 years hands on knowledge and experience in network fibre splicing and testing on the Virgin Media or BT network.
Key Responsibilities
- Installation and testing of all fibre cabling works.
- Lone Worker Role on a National Basis
· Individuals to work remotely without direct daily supervision on a national basis reporting direct to project management team
- Working on FTTP Projects
- Duties Include Splicing and Testing throughout external networks and in customer premises in both MDUs and SDUs
Requirements
· A recognised qualification in Fibre installation and Splicing
· Experience working on either VM or BT network.
· Able to meet strict quality standards.
· Results orientated.
· Awareness of Customer Satisfaction for both internal and external sources.
· Self-Motivated.
· Good communication skills
· Qualified with NRSWA
· A Full UK Driving Licence (essential)
