Sales Representative - Retail

We have an exciting opportunity for an individual looking to carve out a career in sales and beyond with Mars. Full training, support and onboarding would be provided, so first hand sales experience is not a requirement. Aptitude for learning and development are key attributes for this role.
You will be responsible for driving sales and identifying new opportunities in the independent pet retail sector, building relationships with customers, managing key accounts, and promoting world famous brands like James Wellbeloved, Pedigree, Whiskas, Sheba, and Dreamies.

What will be your key responsibilities?
Key Accounts - Manage key accounts within your territory
Product - Proactively promote the distribution of core products, driving brand advocacy with retailers and the adoption of merchandising principles based on category growth drivers, both within stores and online.
Growth - Identify new opportunities to develop territory sales in line with company strategy and key account strategy
Sales - Develop the territory through focusing on Perfect Store - driving distribution, availability, visibility and instore and online execution.
