Our staff are salary paid so will get paid the same amount the whole duration of their care shift…. “Even if I’m sleeping?” Yes. We are not a “pop in” company, we support adults 1:1 in their own home and you will form part of a core team for that individual providing continuity.
During the recruitment process we match you to the client we feel you would be most compatible with and carry out person centered training for you and that particular person.
At present we are recruiting for a live in carer to work block shifts with a young lady with FSH Muscular Dystrophy, this would entail a 1 week on / 1 week off rolling rota.
The lady who we are recruiting for leads a busy lifestyle including employment, she is ambitious, outgoing, adventurous and spontaneous. The individual requires support to live a healthy lifestyle which includes supporting with swimming, physio and healthy eating.
For this position you must be a confident driver and hold a full UK manual driving license and Ideally having good cooking ability.
Experience is preferred but not essential as full training is provided.
