Mayfair Casino Ltd Operates London's friendliest casino. We acquired our first casino, Horizons in Leicester Square in 2018; Horizons was the original casino in Leicester Square, and has operated there for over 30 years. We continually seek to deliver and improve upon our guests’ experience; along with looking after our team! We are looking for a Gaming Waiter or Waitress to join us!
This will be a dual role, serving on the Gaming Floor and in the Bar on allocated shifts.
Main Duties include:
- To provide a friendly, courteous and professional service at all times
- To ensure good communication with all your colleagues and superiors
- To maintain complete knowledge of all food and beverages
- To clear and reset tables on the Casino Floor
- To maintain the overall cleanliness and hygiene of the Casino Floor
- To carry out any reasonable requests made by the Head Chef
- To be on the floor in uniform and well groomed for the start of your shift
- To be in full uniform at all times whilst on duty
- To report any customer complaints to the Manager on duty
- To be competent in the use of the Tevalis system at all stages of service (training given)
- To restock and maintain the cleanliness of the still room
- To complete cleaning schedules
Bar Duties
- To ensure that bar is stocked to par levels at allocated times
- Ensure standardisation and consistent beverage preparation, presentation and quality
- Ensure order of bar and cleanliness in accordance to health and safety regulations
- Encourage team work and communication with bartenders and waiting team members
- To provide a friendly, courteous and professional service at all times
- To maintain Company standards at all times
- Opening and closing procedures
- Carry out any reasonable request made by Management
- To adhere to all legal requirements and procedures set by banking institutions and credit card companies.
