Established in 1989, McIntosh Solicitors have long been supporting the North Coast community. We help people through their legal affairs, from moving home to making a Will, we are there to support our community through the legal journey.
We are a small team of 8. We believe in providing the best possible service to our clients, our work environment is deadline driven.
What You'll Be Doing:
You will support one of the Solicitors in the firm. You will be the first point of contact for incoming calls and clients visiting the firm, dealing with all enquiries efficiently and in a professional manner. Your duties will include responsibility for diary management; audio typing; word processing correspondence; updating client details on in-house system accurately; preparing client files; liasing with clients; covering reception; post and general administration duties.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Coleraine: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Experience:
- Legal Secretary (preferred)
