How to attend
When you arrive to the facility, the entrance is on the left. You will be greeted by a security officer, who will direct you to the appropriate parking area. Please have a picture ID handy and enter building through dock door 31 for interview.
What to prepare
- DOT Medical Card
- CDL A License
- Resume (if you have one) or list of 10 years of employment (for DOT application)
