- Perform Human Resources & recruiting functions for UK and countries across Europe
- Build rapport and develop and maintain talent pools for networking of prospective candidates.
- Sourcing candidates including placing advertisements in various locations; screening resumes, arranging and conducting phone and in-person interviews, onboarding new employees
- Generating employment contracts and managing Human Resources processes
- Processing employee changes in the HRIS
- Handling employee questions and enquiries
Other general Human Resources Generalist tasks and supporting project work
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree
- CIPD qualified;
- Recruiting experience required,
- Prior relevant work experience required;
- Ability to work office-based;
- Strong communication and relationship building skills.
- Proficient knowledge of MS Office applications.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
