Barista/All Rounder

Being a team player & not bothered about getting stuck in is a must for this role! Daily tasks would include; above and beyond customer service, Barista, early mornings & or evenings, making delicious food, cash handling, cleaning & most importantly, keeping the vibe high all day!
Full and part-time positions are available although flexibility is a huge advantage, especially over the weekends & during high season. Pay rates are to be discussed at the interview stages and will depend on age & previous experience but wage is over the national minimum, Any ages are welcome to apply.
Previous experience in a customer service role & within a cafe environment would be a bonus, but full training will be given to the right person. The most important thing to us is finding a really good egg that fits our values.
Own transport is essential for reliability, the buses aren't frequent enough into the village to support our shift patterns.
At Meraki Coffee Company we work daily as a team to ensure we keep high standards covering all areas within the cafe, so a natural ability to maintain high levels of cleanliness, outstanding customer service & gorgeous looking coffee & food is a must for us to keep our cafe striving!
We are initially looking for staff for the summer season but there will be the opportunity to extend your contract to an all-year-round permanent role depending on the circumstances.
