The role includes:
General office duties including- photocopying, scanning, sorting mail. Ordering supplies, front of hours custoemr service covering reception, answering the telephone, using system one to book and manage appointments, completing administrative tasks for clinical team; export data from Power BI and system one, prepare performance data spreadsheets for manager; minute taking; letter writing; prepare meeting agenda's.
