Our Export Department deliver tyres all over the world and we are seeking an exceptional individual to join our dedicated team. The Role
The successful candidate will coordinate shipping operations and ensure that records are maintained to a high standard. Aspects of the role include:
- Receiving and arranging shipment bookings
- Communicating with customers regarding shipment order and transit details
- Invoicing customers and pursuing outstanding payments
- Accurate and timely production of shipping documentation
- Maintain physical and electronic administration records including spreadsheets
- Communication with Company Finance department regarding Import and Export financial outgoings
- Sourcing tyres and related products
- Reviewing customer contracts
The Successful Candidate
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following:

Salary: £20,500 – 24,000 depending on experience and skills
Working hours are Monday to Friday 08:30 – 17:00.
This role is office based at our Head Office in Andover.
