Job Description

  • To play an integral role within your department supporting your team across a variety of activities

  • Manage multiple tasks across a number of files and cases

  • Develop commercial acumen to understand how your role contributes to the wider firm agenda

  • Balance deadline, collaborating within your department, and providing strong administrative skills to enable high levels odf client servuce delivery

  • Ability to adapt and felx dependent on yout team and business requirements

  • Build good working relationships across the firm enabling knowledge and experience sharing

  • Ability to manage various tasks and competing priorities, ensuring differing deadlines are met

  • Effectively prioritise workload ensuring all stakeholders are aligned and your team can deliver against client needs at all times

  • Ability to maintain accuracy and a high level of detail ensuring consistent and reliable adminstrative support to your department

  • Managing workloads, communicating progress across all stakeholders ensuring a joined up and collaborative approach

The Successful Applicant

  • Experience or exposure of working in a professional environment is desirable but not essential

  • Administration and IT skills

  • Strong organisational and communication skills, written and verbal

  • Be able to engage with clients

  • Work well within the team
