Job Description
You will support the Assistant Store Manager and the team to offer our customers a fantastic shopping experience though first-class customer service.
Working in partnership with the Assistant Store Manager you will be accountable for elements of training and setting direction for members of the store team to always ensure high performance / productivity.
Supporting the ASM to lead the team on the shop floor, using your experience of positive team development and consistent daily management.
This is a very active, floor-based role where no two days are the same.
