About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic individual with excellent communication skills. The role will see you managing the co-ordination of multiple departments to ensure the efficient production of product for dispatch.
Key responsibilities include:
- Communications between all departments and the MD
- Implementation and continuous improvement of operating procedures and processes
- To ensure a streamlined and efficient operation
- To action the requirements and needs of departments to ensure they are fully operational.
- Schedule the production of orders to fulfil clients requirements.
- To ensure high standards and leadership
- To monitor department KPI’s
About You:
Essential skills and experience
- Highly organised with excellent communication skills
- Approachable with good leadership qualities and the ability to provide direction.
- Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Experience with a multi department operation – Engineering
- Experience with data processing and analysis
