What you’ll be doing:
- Respecting resident’s rights of choice, privacy and dignity.
- Supporting residents to remain as active as possible who have limited mobility or physical difficulties.
- Supporting residents with personal care and mealtimes.
- Work as part of a team to promote key, consistent and effective working.
- Completing daily records using our care planning system to improve the personalisation and quality of care delivery for our residents.
