Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Drinks Production Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in the production of various drinks, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. The role will require the candidate to operate production equipment, monitor production processes, and maintain a safe and hygienic work environment.
This is a full time job (40 hours a week). There's going to be required work at nighttime as well.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the production of drinks according to company recipes and quality standards.
- Operate production equipment, such as mixers, bottling machines, and packaging equipment.
- Monitor production processes, such as ingredient mixing, carbonation, and sterilization.
- Maintain a clean and hygienic work environment, including cleaning production equipment, sanitizing work surfaces, and following safety procedures.
- Assist with quality control checks and record-keeping.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or deviations from quality standards to the production manager.
- Assist with inventory management, including organizing raw materials and finished products.
Requirements:
- A levels or higher
- A full UK drivers license
- Ability to work at night time (approximately 2 times a week)
- Prior experience in a production environment preferred.
- Level 2 food hygiene certificate or Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
- Ability to operate production equipment and perform quality control checks.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Ability to work in a team environment and communicate effectively with co-workers and supervisors.
- Physical ability to lift heavy objects and stand for long periods of time.
- Availability to work flexible hours, not including weekends
