PLUMBER
Money Box Property Consultants is a leading property business dedicated to providing exceptional property management solutions to our clients. As we continue to expand our operations, we are currently seeking experienced and skilled plumbers to join our team.
Job Responsibilities:
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential properties, including bathrooms and kitchens.
- Conduct inspections to identify plumbing issues and provide appropriate solutions.
- Collaborate with other team members, contractors, and property owners to ensure smooth project execution.
- Carry out plumbing installations for new properties or during property renovations.
- Troubleshoot and repair leaks, clogs, and other plumbing-related problems.
- Perform pipe fitting, soldering, and welding as necessary.
- Ensure compliance with plumbing codes and regulations.
- Provide accurate estimates for plumbing projects, including material and labour costs.
- Maintain detailed records of work performed and materials used.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a plumber, with a focus on bathroom and kitchen installations.
- In-depth knowledge of plumbing systems, including pipes, fixtures, and appliances.
- Proficient in reading blueprints and technical drawings.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle emergencies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Valid plumbing license/certification is preferred.
- Ability to work in various conditions (tight spaces, heights, etc.).
