We are the largest Bubble Tea franchise with over 100 stores across the UK. We have an exciting opportunity for self-motivated and enthusiastic bubble tea barista to join our team. A successful candidate is well-organised, detail-oriented, and well-spoken. We are looking for individuals who can provide exceptional customer service while assisting customers with a variety of products and services. This individual must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, professionally responding to customer requests in a timely manner.
Responsibilities:
- Perform till operation and serve customers
- Cook and prepare toppings
- Prepare bubble tea
- Conduct stock check and inventory order
- Open and close store
- Weekend work schedule is required
- Ensure Health and Safety, Food Safety and hygiene procedures and standards are maintained and complied
Requirements:
- Barista and/or Hospitality experience (desirable)
- Work in effectiveness and efficiency way
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to details
- Willing to work during weekends
- A customer-oriented and positive attitude
- Friendly and cheerful
- Passionate about bubble tea
- Good at time management and a team player
- Good English proficiency
- Eligible to work in the UK
