Field Manager Assistant

A bit about the role...
You will lead a team of Metering Representatives to drive the operation delivery and client contractual KPI’s.
You will play a key role in managing the day to day operations and be the main point of contact for the Metering Representatives in your team. This will include training & developing the team to ensure KPI’s are met. You’ll also deputise for the Field Deliver Manager when required and carry out special exercises such as surveys or verifying customer details.
Working closely with the field team you will read and inspect meters, collecting relevant information to complete Cyclic & Non-Cyclic visits. You will also assist in the recruitment of permanent & temporary staff and supporting new starters during their induction process.
