*Applicants must be 18 or over due to alcohol sales.
*Monday- Sunday Hours flexible on Rota to cover majority evening from 2.00pm-11.00pm
MAIN DUTIES: To provide outstanding customer service within out Leisure Facility. Covering all areas of the business from golf, bar, restaurant and parties. A busy and fun environment also offering parties for kids and adults. We want to make every customers journey memorable and you can be the one to do that!
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Check in Reception
- Answering telephone calls
- Responding to enquiries through email or in person
- Upselling food and drink
- Making drinks for customers including cocktails!
- Restock/Replenishing items
- Ball/Putter Collections
- Cleaning including toilets regularly
- Kitchen pot/glass wash
- Full open and close cleaning procedure on bar/kitchen/toilets
- To assist in running our Food & Beverage Operation – upselling, making food and serving.
- To be Health & Safety Compliant
