To assist in the smooth running of the practice with regards to all aspects of administration and to ensure that a high standard of service is delivered to patients.
The role of Administrator is working with multiple tasks including but not limited to,
-scanning
-coding
-dealing with patient queries
-processing of insurance reports and notes requests - receiving, sending and invoicing
-patient recall for bloods and reviews
-Cover for reception if needed
-Opening and distributing of incoming mail
System one knowledge desirable
General Practice experience beneficial
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 15-25 per week
Salary: £10.50 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Overtime
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Southampton: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Experience:
- General Practice: 1 year (preferred)
- Dental Practice Management: 1 year (preferred)
