- Driving across various sites around Croydon carrying out basis repairs on owned properties by the client
- To ensure that repairs are completed within the target response times to a high standard to meet the expectations of the organization, residents and leaseholders
- Manage own time in a productive and efficient way as to ensure that all KPI’s are met
- Carry out works as booked by appointment times within the contractual obligations
- Carry out tests inspections and submit detailed reports as and when requested
- Ensure that all equipment and van stock is replenished weekly, kept safe and secure
- You will be provided with a company van, uniform and PDA system that you job will come through on a daily basis
- £20 per hour paid weekly
- Van and full tooling IS provided
- £40 for every job completed
- £27.11 Saturday rate
- £125 per call out
About you:
- Possess a relevant trade qualification and/or experience in relation to building, maintenance or technical background
- Experience of a range of repairs and maintenance work
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Must have a basic DBS certificate
