We are currently seeking Courier/Delivery Drivers

We are looking for 1 delivery driver
Position: Delivery Driver
Number of Position: Available:1
Place of Work Location: New Plymouth Region
Payrate: $28 per hour to $30 per Hour
Minimum Hours of Work Per Week: 35 to Maximum 45 hours
Long Trading Hours
Must Be Available to Work In The Weekends
Requirements
Must have a Valid International Driving Licence Equivalent to New Zealand Driving Licence in Class 1 or 2 Or Have a Valid New Zealand Driving Licence Class 1 or 2
Must Pass Drug Test
Must not have any prior serious driving convictions
Able to work shift rotations – weekends included
It is a full-time permanent position and successful applicant will be required to carry out all duties as a Delivery Driver:
- Deliver a wide variety of items to different addresses and through different routes
- within the designated Region
- Follow routes and time schedule
- Load, unload, prepare, inspect and operate a delivery vehicle
- Complete logs and reports
- Follow H&S regulations and safety standards
- Completing Job Sheets
- Meeting Delivery Deadlines
- Handling products and goods with care and respect
- Promise delivery time
- Obtaining Singature following Delivery
- Use delivery app to manage deliveries properly as it’s very important to let customers know where there is delivery is (training will be provided as to how to use this appl)
- Reporting to the Owner
