We are now looking for an Administration Assistant to join our legal team in our Dartford office.
Job Role
Your role will be to support fee earners in the office with a variety of administration duties.
- Answering all incoming enquiries into the office
- Speaking to clients to obtain all financial information for Legal Aid applications
- Filling out and processing Legal Aid applications
- Inputting all data on the Legal Aid portal
- Preparing paperwork to assist solicitors in court
- General administration duties as required.
Person Specification
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Confident with liaising with clients and senior management
- Ability to work independently, under pressure and to deadlines
- Excellent numerical and IT skills
- Ability to process information using relevant software
