Project - Side by Side
NYAS Cymru are seeking a Volunteer Coordinator to join our dynamic team in Wales. You will be responsible for recruiting, selecting and training volunteers to work within our brand-new Side by Side project; being established in Neath/Port Talbot. Our Side by Side care leavers programme aims to reduce feelings of isolation and loneliness for care leavers and supporting young people to thrive.
You will be responsible for the matching and allocation of appropriate volunteers to young people as well as supporting the professional management and support of the volunteers.
This role is to be based across Neath/Port Talbot and will involve travelling throughout these communities.
