Your mission

You are passionate about the intersection of law andtechnology and want to deepen your legal expertise in these areas. Β 
As a Legal Specialist in our Tech&Data team, you will work on a broad range of matters relating to data protection, IT law, artificial intelligence and digital business models and take ownership of legal tasks to actively contribute to the successful delivery of our client matters. Working closely with a highly specialized team, you will gain insight into some of the most dynamic developments at the intersection of law, technology and business.Β 
Unlike a traditional Associate role, your focus will not be on transactions. Instead, you will take ownership of clearly defined areas of responsibility and recurring legal matters that allow for a predictable and manageable workload while still offering work on champions league level.

Your profile

  • You have successfully completed both German State Examinations in LawΒ (at least 18 points in total)
  • A genuine interest in Tech&Data – including data protection, IT and software law – ideally with first practical experience in these fields
  • Curiosity for technology (AI, software contracts, cloud computing, and digital business models) and enthusiasm for solving legal challenges around digital innovation
  • You have a quick mind, can think outside the box and enjoy working in a team
  • Excellent German and strong English skills complete your profile
