Description

In 1997 two successful family owned companies, Emerson Construction and Willis Builders, joined forces and Emerson Willis Ltd was formed.

Working in our offices in Aveley. The works would involve general administration duties in the following areas;
  • Pre Tender : Admin dealing with Suppliers and Subcontractors for the preparation of Tender Submissions.
  • Measuring: Taking off bills of quantities from drawings / specifications of works and entering Data into Estimate Spread Sheets for Tender Submissions
  • Project Admin: Dealing with Suppliers and Subcontractors for secured projects that are going to site. Compilation of site information for Health & safety Recording, Quality Monitoring, Operation & Maintenance Manuals etc.
Entry requirements

Maths and English GCSE at Grade 4/C or above required.

Training to be provided
  • Level 3 Surveying Technician Standard
  • Behaviour, Skills and Knowledge
  • This apprenticeship is delivered as a day release
Things to consider

Must be able to drive, as difficult in accessing EW offices which are located on a Farm in Aveley Essex.
There is no direct public transport.
