Customer Service Associate - Publishing
Office Based – Basildon
37.5 hours across Monday – Saturday (Sat am shift only)
£20,500 - £23,000 DOE + commission.

You will engage with our customers from across the UK answering their queries, offering solutions to their problems, and delivering excellence on every call.
Your days will be varied ranging from answering inbound calls, responding to ticketed enquiries, data entry and admin tasks. You need to be a great team player who can remain positive even on the busiest of days.
If you have previous customer service or contact centre experience that would be fabulous, but of greater importance is sharing our values with the potential to excel. If that describes you then we can offer training and ongoing personal development for the right person.
Experience using HubSpot or similar would be beneficial.
