The post holder will work across both the Chair and Chief Executives Office and the Performance Function within the Deputy Chief Executive Office.

A summary of the purpose of this role across these offices is:

To provide a comprehensive secretarial, clerical and administrative service.

To provide flexible cover and support for the Executive Assistant, including personal assistant duties under guidance as required.

To ensure all material and correspondence (emails, letters, phone calls) received through the office(s) is effectively managed across the wider organisation (under guidance) so that these are appropriately acted upon in a timely fashion. This includes adhering to the existing systematic tracking systems in place and expanding these when necessary to effectively prioritise, redirect or escalate.

Data input to and/or extraction from databases or spreadsheets, reporting and producing correspondence as required.
