Role Overview & Responsibilities

Fixed Term Post 21 months.

The Fife Psychology Service provides a range of lifespan services to address unmet psychological needs and to promote wellbeing for the population of Fife. This is a large and growing service, comprising a team of 188 psychologists and 25 management and administration staff, providing a wide range of clinical, operational and business supports. We are looking for an enthusiastic Receptionist/Typist who will predominantly be lone working but be embedded within the wider Psychology administration team, providing reception and typing support and ad hoc clerical and office duties as directed. Excellent keyboard skills and experience of working in an office environment are essential. The postholder will be based at The Bruce Suite, Queen Margaret Hospital, Dunfermline, but may be required to travel to and work from other locations from time to time.
