Overview
Bespoke by Northwood are one of the fastest growing Estate in the East of Scotland, selling properties from Lossiemouth, to St Andrews and beyond. We are now expanding into Dunfermline and the surrounding area and have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced and self motivated individual to join our team as a local Estate Agent. A good knowledge of the Dunfermline and West Fife property market is essential.
We are offering the successful candidate a full-time, permanent position, with unlimited sales commission. The job role would be working from home, with back up from our experienced in-house sales, marketing and admin support. You would be expected to be active and highly visible in the local area, attending network meetings, using social media, etc., in order to generate and develop sales valuation leads. A high level of motivation, flexibility and energy will be required, in return for uncapped earnings.
Responsibilities:
* Accepting and progressing sales leads generated from our central marketing.
* Attending local network meetings and using social media to self generate sales valuations.
* Managing your own diary. Being flexible to ensure you are attending appointments when decision maker(s) is present.
* Conducting Sales valuation appointments and selling our services.
* Regular liaison with our property centre in Dundee.
* Collecting all necessary contracts and legal documents, to take on new properties for sale.
* Liaison with photographers, Surveyors and any other third party required to prepare a property for sale.
* Conducting some, but not all, sales viewings.
* Dealing with offers and sales progression.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £30,000.00-£60,000.00 per year
