The Role
Working for a front runner in debt collection, these opportunities offer the successful candidates an excellent work/life balance and excellent earning potential too. On a daily basis you will be driving to people’s homes to make pre-disconnection visits (PDVs) to discuss and make payment arrangements with arrears customers. Customer service is key to the success of this role and your other duties may include meter reading, meter checks or working alongside Locksmiths, Dog handlers and Meter Installers on Warrant Visits.

The Salary and Benefits Package
£22,000 basic starting salary (paid monthly)
£24,000 following completion of 3 month probation
£28,000+ earning potential via Car Allowance and Bonus Scheme

22 days annual leave plus Bank Holidays

Candidate Requirements
Full UK Driving License
Full time use of a car or van
Business use vehicle Insurance
Available to work between 8am and 8pm Monday to Friday
Available to work between 9am and 4pm Saturday
Be prepared to work alone or as a team, indoors and outdoors
Excellent standard of spoken English
Prepared to work outside in all weather
Confidence, reliable and organised
Professional and able to use your own initiative
