We are a Hotel located in SE1 working as Immediate Accommodation for Asylum Seekers and we are looking to add a new member to our reception team.
We are looking for a proactive professional with good IT/Microsoft Office Skills and a good level of spoken and written English.
Experience on customer service and/or Hospitality is appreciated but not essential as training will be provided.
Main Duties:
Interact with Hotel residents and assist them with GP appointments and follow ups, school registrations, Inductions to the Hotel rules and proceedings.
Keep up with email flow and Incident Reports of daily events and communicate with the rest of the team to ensure all team is on the same page.
Report and follow up on maintenance issues.
On Morning shifts serving Breakfast will be your responsibility as well as tidying up the canteen afterwards.
