- Previous experience in a luxury environment is an advantage
- You must be comfortable communicating in English with guests and colleagues
Your responsibilities
- You will be responsible for the smooth running of the department and Front Office operation
- You will plan the daily workload with the team and ensure an effective organization of tasks
- You will be offering exceptional guest service in line with One Aldwych standands
- You will liaise and collaborate with other departments across the hotel i.e. Housekeeping, Room Service, Concierge, etc.
