Machine Operators x 3 positions – Bradford
40 hrs - Monday to Friday - Permanent Position
The machine operators will be working on machine manufacturing footwear, plastic products or wheel chair seats.
This position would suit an individual who has experience in a general manufacturing assembly or machine operating position. However full training will be given in this industry.
Your main duties and responsibilities will include:
- Operating machines to manufacture footwear
- Grinding and using a router to finish off products
- Using hand tools and knifes to trim and finish items in production
- Reading specifications and following instructions from clinician
To be considered for this position, you must have:
- Confidence using machines and hand tools
- Strong hand/eye coordination and excellent attention to details
- Ability to follow instructions and work on your own initiative
- Be able to work to deadlines
- You must be organised, proactive and efficient
- You must be flexible in your work approach
