Tides Bistro is a very busy seaside location restaurant situated on Cromer Pier.
You need to be able to cope well under pressure and remain calm. Previous experience in a commercial kitchen is preferred. This is a great opportunity to work alongside and learn from our fantastic qualified chefs.
The role will include:
- Frying / prep work / plating food
- Opening checks and preparation
- Health and safety Checks
- Customer interaction
- Meeting Food safety regulations
- Food hygiene certification
Minimum of 16 hours per week, up to full-time.

Job Duties:
- Prepare all food items as directed in a calm, clean and timely manner
- Operate standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
- Adhere to all food hygiene standards, Maintain a clean working station whilst adhering to health & safety standards
- Assist with the cleaning and organization of kitchen and equipment
- Check stock and carry out weekly orders
