Job description
Location: Reading (Hybrid- 60% Office /40% WFH)
As a Project Management, your main responsibilities would be to:
- Managing projects with focus on Governance (compliance and reporting).
- Management of project resources (people, money).
- Leading the planning of the task/project.
- Managing work as defined in the Work Authorisation Document (WAD).
- Leading, supporting and initiate change against the Performance Measurement Baseline (PMB).
- Leading, initiate and perform risk and opportunity identification and subsequent actions.
Essential:
- Deliver assigned projects in accordance with requirements, operational constraints, time, cost and quality.
- Leading, coaching and developing a team at a local level to deliver team and personal objectives safely and securely to meet our operational plans.
- Maintaining and promoting high personal standards in environment, safety, health, security and quality and be a great team player.
- Strong Project Management background.
- Strong characteristics- confidence, proactivity, able to challenge.
Desirable:
- Project Management Qualifications.
- Previous experience within similar setting.
