As part of the Outdoor and Cycle Concepts group, Cotswold Outdoor is joined by Snow + Rock and Runners Need to support outdoor enthusiasts by providing excellent customer service and a range of products from world leading brands, all whilst promoting and encouraging sustainability!
How will you make an impact?
- Providing excellent service to our customers via telephone, chat, and email
- Engaging and building rapport quickly with our customers to enable understanding of each specific customer’s needs and wants
- Being passionate about being the face of the company, consistently delivering positive and friendly service throughout the whole customer journey
- Driving sales by providing good customer service and product knowledge
- Maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Maintaining departmental and personal Service Level Agreements and KPIs in line with company expectations
Please note this role is 40 hours per week.
