Shift Manager
£30,000 - £40,000 + Excellent Pension + Excellent Holiday Package + Additional Company Benefits
You will be based in or commutable from one of the following locations: Prestwich, Manchester, Warrington, Knutsford, Stockport, Leigh, Altrincham. Other locations will also be considered.
Are you from a supervisor/management background with experience in a production, logistics or similar environment and looking to move into a company with clear growth plans and further development opportunities.
In this role you will be responsible for managing the existing team and maintaining a high level of output across the site as well as working to KPI’s and minimising downtime.

This role would suit an individual with a management/supervisor background looking for a long-term permanent position.
The Role:
- Working to manage the existing team and maintain a high level of output across the site
- Duties of the role will include but are not limited to: KPI’s, QHSE, Management, Team Leading, customer management and much more
- Monday – Friday (Double Day Shift) (6am – 2pm/2pm – 10pm)
- Long-term permanent position
The Person:
- You will have previous experience in a role such as one of the following; production supervisor, shift supervisor, team leader, shift manager, warehouse manager or similar
- Previous experience or a basic understanding in one of the following as an element of your current role; logistics, waste management, transport or similar
- Driving license
