Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Football Ticket and Travel Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for fulfilling customer orders by finding the best football games at their desired airport and the best prices for both tickets and flights. A deep understanding of football and an ability to source the cheapest travel options will be crucial for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Research and source the best football games and ticket prices for customers.
- Source the cheapest flights for customers to their desired airport.
- Ensure that all customer orders are fulfilled in a timely and efficient manner.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of football and stay up to date with the latest games and ticket prices.
- Communicate with customers regarding their orders and provide excellent customer service.
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of football and the latest games and ticket prices.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to source the best deals on both tickets and flights.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £22,000.00 per year
