Sales Assistant

We are seeking a results-driven, target-focussed sales assistant to join the store team on a fixed term conctract, minimum of 12 hours per week. The role
Our sales assistants are our brand ambassadors and the link between our products and our customers. They lead the success of the store by influencing sales, excelling in customer service and sharing their knowledge of our products and brand. You'll get to interact with people on every shift to help create their special memories.
What to expect from the role
- Confidently promote the Pandora brand, products and services to provide an unforgettable customer experience and encourage customer loyalty
- Create and develop a bond with our customers by providing great customer service
- Follow company guidelines to merchandise the store and maintain high shop floor standards; taking pride in your environment and personal presentation
- Support with all store operational tasks including stock management, operating the till system and handling financial transactions including returns and exchanges
- Support your manager and team by complying with all store policies and procedures, to keep the wider team and customers safe
