Store Manager at Papa John's (EEM London Ltd)
Location: Multiple locations across London
We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Store Manager to join our team at Papa John's. As a Store Manager, you will oversee daily operations, deliver exceptional customer service, and drive sales growth. Strong leadership, organizational skills, and a passion for quality food are essential.
Responsibilities:
- Manage store operations, including scheduling, inventory, and compliance.
- Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team.
- Ensure excellent customer service and address feedback promptly.
- Implement sales strategies to achieve targets and maximize profitability.
Qualifications:
- Previous food service or hospitality management experience preferred.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Problem-solving abilities and business acumen.
- Eligible to work in the UK with flexibility in working hours.
Tier 2 Sponsorship Visa available for eligible candidates.
Hourly Rate: £10.42 - £12 per hour.
