As our Duty Manager, you will support all Front of House departments when needed. This is an exciting role for an ambitious and driven individual who wants to be involved in a variety of different challenges on a daily basis.
We are looking for a Duty Manager who will:
- Ensure guests’ needs are met beyond expectation
- Play a hands-on role leading by example, and taking opportunities to motivate, train and inspire the Front of House team members
- Be proficient with Microsoft Office and excellent knowledge of Opera
- Share our values: Trust, Respect, Teamwork, Enthusiasm, Commitment, Care
- Have previous experience as a Duty Manager, Guest Relations Manager, or similar role in a hotel
As a Duty Manager you will receive:
