Key responsibilities:
- Execution of transactions (M&A) across numerous sectors (please reach out for a specific focus)
- Oversee the production of marketing materials, financial models, and transaction documents
- Manage due diligence processes and relevant external parties throughout the transaction
Ideal Background:
- 3+ years working in a Big 4/Investment Bank environment
- Ability to take a lead role in the negotiation and execution of transactions
- Excellent financial modelling and valuation skillset
- Excellent verbal and written communication
