Property Sales Executive
Sevenoaks
£25k-£35 OTE uncapped commission
Monday - Friday 9 - 6pm
An exciting new opportunity has arisen as a Property Sales Executive within an extremely well-established housing developer company located in Sevenoaks. This is a one-off opportunity to work within an expanding and developing business offering plenty of incentives.
This role will involve working within a fast-paced environment managing many customer enquiries and providing outstanding customer service!
Duties of this role include:
· Arranging face to face meetings with potential customers
· Booking tours for potential customers and leading the tours
· Confirming information with customers via email and documenting any new information
· Following up all customer enquiries
· Ensuring customers’ needs are always met
· Ensuring customer satisfaction is achieved by building strong relationships
· Providing professional and detailed advise to potential customers
· Driving sales opportunities to achieve targets (allowing commission to be earnt)
The successful candidate will have/be:
· Relevant sales experience and experience buying their own properties
· Strong at multitasking
· Ability to stay calm under pressure
· Able to make independent decisions and use own judgement
· Strong communication skills both written and verbal are necessary
· Effective planning and organisational skills
· Ability to speak professionally to customers
· Passionate about driving sales
· Soft and approachable
· Strong numeracy skills and strong business acumen
