Responsibilities:
- Assist people with everyday activities and provide emotional support to patients and families.
- Plan, prepare, and oversee the activities of a home-bound individual or family.
- Provide home care services that promote health and independence.
- Assist with personal care, medication management, safety, and other areas of need for a patient or family.
- Maintain records of work activities for patients or families.
- Work as part of a team.
- Communicate with the care manager to ensure that the client's needs are being met.

Salary: £10.00-£11.00 per hour
