Requirements
- Passion for working with children
- A minimum of Level 2 in Early Years Education or equivalent
- Good knowledge of the EYFS
- Strong communication skills in English both written and verbal
- Ability to use initiative and be a problem solver
- Be able to work well as a team
Responsibilities
- Planning of curriculum with group colleagues in line with EYFS
- Monitoring & recording the development of key children assigned to you
- Ensuring you provide a warm, safe & caring atmosphere for the children
- Working as part of a team with shared responsibilities within your group as well as the whole setting
- Working in partnership with parents
