We are advertising this Graphic Designer role on behalf of our client Edinburgh Woollen Mill. They are looking for the perfect candidate to join their Ecommerce team at the Head Office in Carlisle.

Provision of web design in line with brand guidelines for all digital assets including emails, web banners, category landing pages and advertising banners and offers for online marketing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Working with central marketing team to ensure digital communications have a consistent look and feel with other customer touchpoints
- Ensure all designed digital based communications follow the multichannel seasonal concepts and are consistent with the brand guidelines
- Receive briefs from internal marketing department and agree achievable deadline
- Manage workload and prioritise briefs in line with agreed critical path, communicating any potential slippage.
- Ensure designs meet the brief prior to handover for sign off.
- Progress to final design following amends and handover in agreed format or implement online where appropriate.
- Progress build of HTML emails as and when required
- Provide support and cover for other design colleagues.
- Keep up to date with new technology, software and systems.
Essential:
- Demonstrable experience in web design, preferably in a branded retail fashion arena.
- Knowledge and proficient use of Creative Suite CS5 – Adobe photoshop, Dreamweaver, In-design, illustrator.
- Ability to build responsive HTML emails from conception to completion.
- Creative flair, demonstrable through extensive portfolio
- Enthusiastic and highly motivated
- Experience of dealing with competing priorities and able to multi-task
